Youth Ministry at Assumption Catholic Church
Welcome! Youth ministry at Assumption encompasses 6th grade through 12 grade. The high school program is Life Teen and Edge is for middle school.
Sunday Youth Nights are for Edge (6th-8th grade only) and Life Teen (all high school teens).
5th grade students are invited to join us for a few special events in the spring semester – stay tuned!

Provide a meal:
Every youth night we begin with a meal in Jordan Hall after Mass. Would you like to help feed our teens? Stay tuned for more information or email youthministry@assumptioncatholicchurch.org with questions or suggestions.
We invite you to prayerfully consider supporting our parish youth ministry. Our growing numbers need more support from our Core Team to guide teens in their faith journey.
We are in urgent need of additional adult volunteers to help support our Youth Nights! Due to Safe Environment protocols, we must have enough approved adults present in order to safely accommodate all of our teens. If we do not have enough volunteers, we may unfortunately have to turn teens away from Youth Nights.
This is not something we want to do, but it is something we are required to do to ensure the safety and well-being of our young people. If you are able to give your time and help us create a welcoming, safe, and faith-filled environment for our teens, we would be incredibly grateful. Even your presence makes a difference!
You don’t need to be a public speaker, an extrovert, or a faith expert; you just need to love God, love teens, and be able to walk nonjudgmentally with those questioning their faith and life experiences. Background checks and vetting are required. Contact youthministry@assumptioncatholicchurch.org if interested or complete the form attached below.
We especially need men and married couples to showcase sacramental love in our ministry. Ladies, if you’ve wanted to serve with your husband, encourage him to consider youth ministry!
