All Souls Day November 2, 2020

A reminder that throughout the month of November we will remember our deceased brothers and sisters. There are All Souls Envelopes at the entrances to the church. These envelopes can be placed in the offertory basket or turned into the Parish
Office throughout the month of October. They will be placed upon the altar throughout the month of November as we offer the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass for the departed.

On Monday, November 2nd we will celebrate All Souls Day and spend a special day of remembrance and prayer. At 7:00 PM on November 2nd we will celebrate a Holy Hour with Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament and Solemn Evening Prayer. Those who have lost someone since November 2nd last year are invited to call and add their names to the list for prayer and bring a small photograph to be placed on the altar rail during the morning Masses and for the Holy Hour. The families will be invited to offer a candle during the Holy Hour in memory of their loved one.

Eternal rest grant unto them, O Lord,
and let perpetual light shine upon them.
May the souls of the faithful departed,
through the mercy of God,
rest in peace.
Amen.
