Join Us for Holy Week & Easter at Assumption: Mass Schedule, Egg Hunt, and More!

Join us as we journey through the solemn and sacred days of Holy Week, culminating in the joyous celebration of Christ’s Resurrection on Easter Sunday. From the Washing of the Feet on Holy Thursday to the Stations of the Cross on Good Friday, and the blessing of Easter food on Holy Saturday, we invite you to enter more deeply into the mystery of our salvation.

Triduum Schedule Updates

Please be aware that confessions will not be available during the Sacred Triduum (including Holy Saturday and Easter Sunday).

The church office will also be closed on Holy Thursday and Good Friday.

Adoration Chapel Hours During the Triduum
The Adoration Chapel will close at 6:00 p.m. on Holy Thursday and will reopen at 6:00 a.m. on Easter Sunday.

Following the Mass of the Lord’s Supper on Holy Thursday, the Altar of Repose will be located in Jordan Hall and will remain open for prayer until midnight.

Easter Mass Schedule:

Saturday: Easter Vigil: 8:30 p.m.

Sunday: 6:30 a.m. (sunrise Mass in the field), 8:00 a.m., 10:00 a.m.,12:00 p.m., and 2:00 p.m. (Burmese)

Easter Egg Hunt:

Join us in the Rosary Garden Courtyard after the 8:00 a.m. Mass on Easter Sunday for an Easter Egg Hunt with age divisions up to 9 years old. Peter Cottontail will make a special appearance, and plenty of prizes will be available. Be sure to bring your own basket!
